To be selected at the Mifa Pitches is to present your project in its first phase of development to more than 200 professionals in the business, competing for a partner’s prize and benefit from having a Mifa accreditation!

Webseries projects can compete in the TV Series and Specials. The Interactive Creations & Transmedia category enables digital films or elaborate immersive experiments in animation and on unique supports to compete.

After welcoming 10 000 participants in 2017, the Annecy International Animation Film Festival & Market will take place from June 11-16, 2018.
This next edition will honor Brazilian animation, which will be showcased in the programming and will have a prominent place in the Market!

Deadline for submission is February 15, 2018 for the following categories:
Deadline for submission is March 15, 2018 for Feature Films category.
As for VR Films, submissions will take place at a later date.
Feature Films Category: eligible films cannot be commercially exploited (before and/or after the official release date of the film) in France before the end of the Festival that is June 16th 2018.
In the category TV Films and Commissioned Films, pilots are no longer accepted.
