Der weltbereisende Abenteurer Gulliver wird eingeladen, nach Lilliput zurückzukehren, in die Stadt, die er vor langer Zeit vor der feindlichen Flotte des benachbarten Blefuscu gerettet hat. Als er jedoch ankommt, findet er eine empörte und aufgebrachte Menschenmenge vor. Der König von Lilliput und sein Volk wollten den legendären Riesen Gulliver willkommen heißen, nicht einen gewöhnlichen jungen Mann mit ihrer Statur. Enttäuscht verurteilt der König Gulliver zum Tode. Er soll schon am nächsten Tag öffentlich hingerichtet werden. Doch durch eine List kann Gulliver sich aus dem Kerker befreien. Mit ein bisschen Glück, schrulligem Verstand und der tatkräftigen Hilfe seiner Freunde, muss Gulliver schnell herausfinden, wie es zu dem Missverständnis über seine Größe kommen konnte. Denn die feindliche Blefuscu-Armada steht erneut vor den Toren der Stadt und droht diese einzunehmen – Gullivers Chance zu beweisen, dass es nicht auf die Größe ankommt, um Großes zu vollbringen…
