An on-site edition with reinforced health measures
We intend to organize Cartoon Forum 2021 on site in Toulouse. We sincerely hope that the vaccination campaigns will be successful and that the health crisis will be sufficiently under control to allow us to do so. We are already preparing changes to be able to respect social distancing and enforce prevention gestures.
