Zlatko Grgic’s short animated film depicts how humans evolved from the sea and the problems that ensued. Using humour, he shows how industry leads to waste and pollution, which in turn wreak havoc on the delicate balance of our ecosystems.
Humour helps bring home a serious point in this animated film. The sea has its own laws and man is accountable to them. Man is shown evolving from the sea, then developing industry and the wastes that pollute that same sea. Film without words. Directed by Zlatko Grgic – 1977 | 7 min
