The submission deadline is coming closer. Do not miss your chance and be part of the 24th International Festival of Animated Filml. Until December 1, 2016, animation films produced after 1 October 2015 can be submitted for the following categories:
- International Competition (short film competition)
- Young Animation (student film competition)
- Tricks for Kids (competition for animated short films and TV series for children)
- AniMovie (feature length film competition)

The Festival of Animated Film (ITFS)
May 2 – 7, 2017, was founded in 1982 and is one of the world’s biggest and most important festivals for animation films. In nine categories of competitions more than Euro 70,000 prize money will be awarded. In addition to the partner Spotlight – Festival für Bewegtbildkommunikation, the ITFS works closely with the FMX. As the largest professional conference for animation, effects, VR, games and digital media (Conference on Animation, Effects, VR, Games and Transmedia), it is organizing the Animation Production Day business platform, the only coproduction and financing market specialized in animation projects Germany.
