On thursday, November 20 at 6pm there will be a vernissage of an exhibition with my drawings at the Kunsthalle Dessau. Of course I would like to invite you all! For one month I will show more than hundred of these strange drawings on teabags, receipts, forms, letter envelopes and Ikea assembly instructions which I have drawn for the last couple of years. Most of the originals have been freshly and beautifully framed by Werkstatt von Loh for this exhibition. Marie Ketzscher will give the opening speech. A loop with all of my short films will be projected as well during the whole time of the exhibition. So if you ever have planned to visit Dessau, the famous Bauhaus place, this would be a nice opportunity 😉
There is one date more: on saturday, Nov 29, an »artist talk« at 6pm is planned especially for everyone who is not able to come on thursday for the opening. The whole exhibition is accessable then, of course.
And a catalogue is available, too! The book is perfectly printed and produced by Balto Print in Vilnius and is edited by Editions Sankt Ottilien:
