In 2020, due to the health crisis, the Festival and its Market took on a new life online, uniting more than 15,500 badgeholders.
In 2021, we look forward to seeing you in Annecy and online for a huge animation party!
See you from 14th to 19th June for an even more exceptional edition as two celebrations are planned together: the Festival will celebrate its 60th anniversary and will also pay tribute to animation from the African continent, in the context of the Institut français’s Africa2020 Season.
The countdown has started: to submit your films to compete in the Official Selection or to have your project selected at the Mifa Pitches during the biggest event in the world dedicated to animation film, register now!
Registration ends on 15th February 2021 for the following categories:
- Short Films
- TV Films
- Commissioned Films
- Graduation Films
Registration ends on 15th March 2021 for the Feature Film category and on 6th April 2021 for VR Works.
