Cartoon Forum, our pitching & co-production event for animated TV projects, returns to Toulouse from 15 to 18 September 2025.
Online project submission
1. Prepare all the required elements as listed on our website.
2. When you are ready, go to My Cartoon and login or create an account. Click on „My Projects > Cartoon Forum > Submit a project“
3. Start filling in the online form.
- Please ensure you have all the required information readily available to fill out the form in a single session.
- You will receive a complete summary by email once it is completed.

If you want to be part of this pitching & co-production event for animated TV series but don’t have a project, no worries! You’ll still be able to stay ahead in the animation TV series market, expand and reinvigorate your professional network by attending Cartoon Forum as a participant.
Matchmaking sessions will be organised on Thursday afternoon, come and engage with animation professionals and take the chance to meet buyers and financial partners! Join us!
