Most of all, the two lads Edgar and Wolf like to play at war on an abandoned military site. One day Wolf finds a scarred dog without an owner, and makes friends with the animal. This doesn`t suit Edgar at all, especially as his friend forgets his “duties” as a soldier because of the black, constantly yapping mutt!
Live action backgrounds are combined with drawn animated characters in this haunting story about friendship, fear and guilt.
