Salary: £33,574 – £37,768
Working in the Moving Image group, based in the Department of Media & Communication Design, you will to contribute to an exceptional student experience, through delivery of teaching, research, business and enterprise engagement. You will have specialist subject expertise for the teaching of Animation at HE level with particular knowledge of 3D animation and compositing software, such as Maya, Houdini and Nuke to supervise students from design concept to screen.
You will have skills in conceptual thinking and design problem solving, suitable to underpin professional practice, academic research and teaching. You will have a high level of creative expertise and technical ability in Animation practice. You will have experience in teaching, research and professional industrial practice: a relevant PhD is desirable.
