Maya Learning Channel: Intro to LookdevX: Basic Workflow

In this tutorial, Yingying will teach you the basic LookdevX workflow, including how to create a USD stage with both geometry and material, and how to edit materials in LookdevX. LookdevX is a new material authoring plugin for Maya. It allows you to graph shading networks and create materials for USD objects. With LookdevX, you can efficiently build procedural materials that work across multiple renderers.
